Who we are
For three generations we are your local family owned and operated Benjamin Moore retailer in Huntsville.
We also carry many other brands and specialize in exterior paints & stains.
Founded in 1976 by Doug Wilson, owned by son Darryl and managed by grandson Chris, we have been Huntsville's source for expert advice and unmatched customer service for over 46 years.
With an experienced staff we are here for all of your paint and decorating needs!

Meet the team
Darryl
Darryl is the second generation Wilson and current owner of the paint store. Darryl started his career operating a commercial and residential painting company. You will have a had time finding him here in the winter as he likes to hide from the snow in Florida with his girlfriend Shelley!
Shelley
Shelley, Darryl's girlfriend, has many roles here. She manages our social media accounts, orders clothing and apparel for the painters, does colour consultations, and is our master chef!
Chris
Chris is the third generation Wilson. He started in public school working weekends and summers in the paint store. He then worked along side multiple painting companies to get experience with products and applications. He is now the full time manager of the paint store!
Brenda
Brenda has been with us for over 16 years and owned her own paint store before joining our team. She has spent many years on the main floor and can now be found upstairs as our bookkeeper!
Tara
Tara has been with us for over 12 years and has an additional 12 years experience in the painting field. She can do it all and still finds time to manage our sundrie orders. If you are looking for a specialty item, just ask Tara!
Cheryll
Cheryll has been with us for over 3 years and has over 20 years of experience operating her own painting business. She excels in painting techniques, interior design and color combinations!
Jenny
Jenny has been with us for less than 2 years but don't call her a newbie. She has over 15 years of experience in the paint and lumber field and has graduated Sansin's University couse giving her an edge in stains and wood coatings!
